Hi, we continue to grow even until our 20's . Here are some tips, avoid the sweet and fatty foods that put on weight. Exta weight will cause a speed up of hormone production and close the growth plates in your bones. Do plenty of stretching exercises every day to lengthen the bones and muscles then the rest is up to your DNA. Short people are beautiful and the Chinese believe they live longer too ;-)

growth spurts start from about the age 11 - 17... and sometimes even up to 21

ummm. yea. im not even 15 and i've had about a dozen growth spurts. I'm 5'8'' in case u were wondering. some people have them in 1 day. ur day hasn't come yet. learn to deal...

calm down you will grow it's good that you didn't go thru ur growth spurt yey cause you will be really tall wen you grow up........you will start wen ur body say it's time.....you will grow lots of inches it depends....and yes of course you will grow and to tell you the truth i want to be short cause there are lots of cute guys that r short and i don't want to go out with a shotrty....really it's kinda hard for meh to find a date taller than meh so take your time and enjoy ur life and ur life will go as it flow.............

sunny, don't sweat the small stuff , there is more to life than how
tall you are (if you are speaking of height)you can stand 10 feet
just because of your growth in wisdom, courage,hit those books
appreciate what your have and what you don't have, you got parents, respect them,you got your health,sight, use of feet,eyes arms. Be thankful for life

I would speak to the Dr. about growth hormones if the people in your family are short......he can tell u if thru growing.

Hey, it all depends on your geneology; females usually stop growing at 18, all I can say is eat right and get your calcium and vitamin D. Good luck
