Why not buy him a rolling machine as an inexpensive but thoughtful gift? Make sure he uses doublewides, that way it folds a little paper over the end and holds things in nicely. Perfect every time. Anybody can do it!

why don't you just stop rolling them and maybe he will stop "needing" blunts.
