No, seriously, there's no going back.
That's why you have to be sure you're ok about losing everything from a profile before you delete it. Because once it's gone, it's gone.
The only other way is to get your friend to go into their sent folder and to resend it.
Tough luck kiddo, but you know not to do it again...

try using the history button and go back to it or try the trash

you could start by dying your hair a different color so people wont think your like that cuz u'r blonde........
