I have a jacket where the sleeves are about a 1/4 inch short. Is it alterable? Can I get it lengthened?

yes it can. and no, it's not magic. any experienced alterationist would have a solution. don't go to any cheap places that offer alterations for five bucks if you want quality. i'd recommend bloomingdale's or neiman marcus, etc. they'll make it so you would think it looked original!

Are the sleeves cuffed under at the wrist, if so, then yes... if not... you may have to get creative and look for a material match to add on.

yes, i also have long limbs and I take my to the cleaners to have them do it.
