definately; women seem hapier in cultures that this practice is accepted in; and the men don't look unhappy either!

One wife will maybe allow to have a life. Two will consider splitting your life in two... three will start using your reserves, and the fourth one will definitely become the head of state, and you will fail in the polls...

Well, the ancient Chinese said that four wives were best. That way you had the right number for a game of dominoes.
I don't think plural marriages would work unless you were very wealthy.
I remember reading about one society where some women had several husbands. It was a hunter/gatherer society, and was a matter of status and wealth.
Not for me I think. I'm happy with my bride of 40 years.

NO WAY!!!! Imagine get in argue about moneys, what to make for dinner, etc...
Then try come up with enough moneys to take both out and still be able to afford to live in decent place or do other things.
Also you have to endlessly make sure both of them are happy and not bitter toward eachother or you.
That will be a huge hassle.

Well, I wouldn't mind a few extra husbands. One to keep me company, another to earn the money. A third could do the dishes while I answer these stupid questions!!

No. You'd have to treat both equally and cater to their every need.
You'd be broke financially and it would be hard to be a good father, husband and provider unless you're Donald Trump!

It's such a challenge to please just one woman mentally, emotionally, and sexually that the thought of having a second wife is a 'no thank you' .
