Parasites, the missing word in science, medicine and philosophy: Why ?

It appears that the world has become isolated from the dangerous world of 'parasites'.

From the parasites that cause ulcers, IBS, Crohns, perhaps even MS and Cancer, the medical world has turned a blind eye to this relatively simple cause for many illnesses.

In the world of philosophy, the term 'parasites' has been ignored as in corporate or welfare parasites, or as in the world of religion, homosexual and heterosexual pedofiles who prey on little children, parasites as in spouses who prey on their families, or children who prey on their parents, or lesbian feminists exploiting half-truths to divide the sexes and promote division.

Why is this term, 'parasites' being ignored ?

i'm not so sure that "parasite" is ignored, but i'll try to answer your question to the best of my abilities...

"modern" medicine is anything but modern. far too many doctors are employees of the pharmaceutical giants and governments who benefit financially. doctors are loyal employees to their masters and write scripts for a living, as they promote illness to support their business. there are rare places in medicine for cures, because cures would create unemployment for the healthy. therefore it's in the best interests of the sickness industry to continue illness for profit, and to cull the herd thereby minimizing competition for resources.

to admit conscious awareness of humanity's parasitic tendencies would be to admit weakness and the existence of the shadow self.

parasitic tendencies permit life to continue, with fear and manipulation of the masses as the basis for existence. divisionary tactics, denial, hidden agenda and lack of authenticity are decoys - to obscure reality and to perpetuate control by a few over the many. social vampirism and parasitic operatives are a way of life, and support the pursuit of selfishness and narcissistic tendencies.

admission or denial does not alter fact.

is there any hope for "us"?

Your additional comments reveal a prejudiced, stereotypical POV. A logical fallacy is : All generalizations are false including this one. Parasites is a term much used in all the circles you mention. In medicine it is a technical term. Most of the others are bigoted put-downs.
