If you love each other, what is the problem? You should be labeling each other. When you become married you become one.

If the marriage is just about a Chinese gal and a Western guy, then no. If the marriage is based on love, it can overcome any obstacles learned through culture.

As a wife of a native Korean man (he came to the U.S five months ago), I can tell you that these types of international relationships can be very beautiful, but also very trying at times. My husband is having adjustment problems here in the U.S and I have to work extra hard to keep him comfortable. As long as you both can be sensitive the cultural background you both have, you definitley have a shot.

Love is love what can I say? If you love someone enough to get married then it should work just make sure that they love you back.
