You know the name of the newspaper ? You will need to find out the date. Then the newspaper should be able to find you a back copy of it for a fee. Otherwise .. go to your local library .. your "main" library .. If you know the name of the newspaper and the approx. date .. they can give you microfisch to scan through to find it for free.
