Here are some drills one can do by themselves:
Get a ball and pass it off a wall. Change the the pace of the ball, the angle. Play two touch control and one touch. Challenge yourself.
Set up an obstacle course in a yard or park. Dribble through the obstacles, around the obstacles. Use left foot, right foot. Pass the ball from one foot to the other.
Go to a field and shoot at the net. try to hit different areas of the net.
The best is always to:
Play, play, play the game. 1v1 or 2v2.
You and a friend can set up a small field with small goals and just scrimmage. Make up different rules as you go. Take shots on each other on the big goal. Maybe add a brother, sister, friend to make it 2v2 or play mini-tournaments. Just play and have fun. That's how you will learn.

Well I am a sophomore in high school and I play soccer. One drill to help one touch shooting is lightning. If you don't know what it is I will explain it to you. You put all the balls by the side of the net. One person stays there and passes a ball out and a player on the 18 runs up and kicks it. There will also be a person in the net to play goalie. He doesn't have to be a goalie because he will play too. The shot has to be one timed or else it doesn't count. If he scores he goes to the back of the line and the person in goal is out, but if he misses he has to go in goal and it starts over again. Keeper stuff is a little tougher but any shots and experience will help. Maybe just go back to the basics and shoot from the 18. I hope this helps you and your team.

I am a big fan of teaching all ages 4 on 4 or 5 on 5. It gets you very involved and develops the total player. The only downside is the shooting on frame that can be done with the wall. Make it tougher on yourself as well. Turn your back to the wall and turn and shoot. I used a garbage can in front of the wall and tried to get around it. Just remember the finsihing skills will score more than the shooting will. Just get to know your feet and you will do great!

Ok here's what you do...and this works; trust me.
Find a wall, draw a small target on it (It could be something like a 3 by 4 foot rectangle) and practice kicking, accuracy, and ball control (when the ball bounces back to you).

I would like to know the same thing. I guess you could find a friend to help you practice dribbling, passing, and shooting.

the rectangle thing mentioned above is pretty good,,ill try dat at home...for dribbling ..get a frnd an try takingthe ball around him without letting him take it(lol!) but for passing do short running passes where you and your frnd pass to each other while running.
