Hobby Lobby because they have something Michael's doesn't...a full line of fabrics and sewing notions. Also I love their frequent half price merchandise sales.

Herrschners.com
I live on a farm. Nearest craft store is 45 minutes away.
Herrschners sends weekly sales emails, and they have really good prices.
I don't have just one favorite.
Hobby Lobby is a really good craft store. Lots of selection, good prices, and friendly staff.
Michael's is good, also.
I don't go to JoAnn's anymore, because they treat their staff poorly.

Joanne's Fabrics and Crafts. Because the have pretty low and reasonable prices.
I also love Ben Franklin's.

We have a Michael's, a Hobby Lobby, and a JoAnn's all in the same block...it's like the kiss of death for my wallet. :D Out of the three I probably prefer Michael's.
Aside from general stores, my favorite place is a wonderful yarn store we have nearby called Fiberge.
