because WE are no longer in control. The corporations and the ones who have the $$ run the country. This is no longer a BY the people FOR the people government.
Critical information is bought and sold or just deemed "classified" and not for public consumption. We are a country DIVIDED BY POLITICIANS who are more concerned with keeping their jobs than truly doing their jobs.

This is only true is you are an "American". I believe a lot of small countries like Switzerland, Luxembourg, Costa Rica or New Zealand are greater places with more open minded persons.
Remember that the USA is running by big companies and not necessary by big peoples.

No doubt America has some serious problems. But I contend that it IS the greatest country in the world. Where had you rather live?

We the people of the United States are the greatest country on earth. It is the repuglicans that have dragged down our image to other countrys, here is the good news we can send a clear message to Washington this November by turning out in record numbers at the poles and voting. Get those out of office that are rubber stamps for this evil president and restore checks and balances to the government.
