As judge about sixty Minute Story about two years ago where courts ordered that only way to give two students least restrictive education was to fly them to and from school in rented Lear Jet that must have cost that school district more then building new school. Ask judge if there is way to stay true to spirit of IEP's that came out of basic legislation IDEA without letting greedy hogs bankrupt the system.
