It seems like a lot of the time women tend to try to copy the styles or behavior of the upper class , did they do that with Cleopatra?

I'm sure they did. Keep in mind that Cleopatra was from a Greek family, the Ptolemies.

since Cleopatra died of syphilis I doubt it
