if u are then do u race?
what state do u roll in?
what car do u roll in?
is it legal or illegal?
i'm very intrested in racing right now. but i don't care if its legal or illegal. i just the thrill of the race but i'm 14 so what wouldn't i know about that?

Don't do any staged racing anymore. Do have to issue "spankings" to the people that do not know what a Vmax is capable of.

Racing can be an exciting and fun sport but it is also VERY dangerous. Have a friend in a wheelchair now because of his racing.

So be careful and keep it safe/legal.

I used to run on streets, but you will eventually be seriously hurt or killed or know sombody who is. After seeing a friend roll his mustang and be paralized it will stop you racing illegally.
I now only run legally. It just makes sense, no matter how much control you think you have on the street you can never control everything, they can't control everything at the track either, but atleast at the track there are safety crews and rules.
Please don't run illegally there is no reason to anymore. It's a huge hassle if you get caught and very dangerous. It's also more challenging at the track. You also never know what kind of car you're lining up against on the street, it could be a pos that has been pieced together with no concern for safety.
Just because you asked. I race a 1970 javelin sst, and recently sold a 69 rambler american with a turboed 390cid engine that was race only. I'm currently working on another racecar buildup.
The best drivers always end up at the track for a reason.

No, just use to be... after totaling two cars during my senior year of high school, I retired that sport. Be safe, join a club that races in speedways and not street racing.

Street racers often kill innocent bystanders... when I was 17, I was a passenger of a car that ran over and killed a little girl. It happened so fast, I thought we hit a dog-- when I stepped out of the car, I was shocked to see it wasn't a dog.

A crowed gathered around us, and we had to stay in the car for our own safety as the witnesses wanted to beat up the driver. We stayed in the car until the cops arrived and then my friend was arrested. Fortunately my friend had not been drinking or things would have gone much worse for him... but I'm sure that's little comfort to the girls family.

yes TX just normal cars like 120 illegal only do it when theres no cars or cops.
