I think the song is basically him talking to his girl......"well your slim and your weak, your dirty and sweet". He's going over all of the aspects of what he likes (or perhaps dislikes) about her.
I don't really think you're supposed to "think" about it too much, the guy probably wrote it under the influence and it probably made perfect sense to him at time! Maybe they had a gong in their apartment and every time she wanted to get her freak on she'd bang it, and he'd come running like one of Pavlov's dogs.
