I am trying to make some people move out of my house please tell me ways (legally) to make them living here a burden either financially or whatever... I have already tried loud music and asking them politely to leave so now I am trying to step it up a notch. They have kids and are another couple living here.PLease any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If they don't have a contract to live there, call the police and have them escorted out.

Is it your house or is the lease in your name? Ask the police. In my state, Texas you have to file with the court and give them written notice. If you have to do this be sure to take pictures or make a video of how the house looks the day the papers are served inside and out. Hold up a newspaper with the date on it so you will have proof of when you made the video or took the pictures. That way is they do something to your home you can prove how things were if they mess things up and you can sue them. Good luck.

Walk around naked constantly. Within your own home this is perfectly legal, and anyone with kids won't put up with it for long.

be loud, obnoxious,and never stop talking. you can call them a talk about random or annoying things and ask them about the most private things you can think of.
