ok i have a friend who ia hell bound on killing this one guy, so what does he do! he calles me! the reasion he called me spacificaly is because he knbows how i am and that i have tried to kill befor (it was out of rage and i was subdued befor i was able to cause harm to my target and thus was kicked out of the place i was living.) so he calls me up and we talk and he tells me how this assyhole he works with has been treating he ex like a slut and he been going around saying she was easy, now i understand his anger but you see i know that as soon as he goes to the guys house he wont kill the guy. and i told him that, i also said for me to do it he has to pay me 30k (high price because i know he dosent have it) so here i am or was talking him out of it and finaly he hung up vary frusterated even more so when i said he was too weak to kill another man and still even more than that beacuse i pretrty much said i would not do it with the high price.
so what to do to get him to think?

i dont want to go to the city cops about this cause my friend could get screwed over. i do knoe the sheriff though so i could see what he has to say maby he can talk my friend out of it

the main problem is he thinks he will be a hero doing this. when in reality he will just end up going to jaill for breaking and entering. like i said i know he cant kill.

by posting here-if you do not call the cops and someone proves you knew about it-you could be in very serious trouble-
remember the Oklahoma bombing with McVeigh? his friend who knew about it and didn't stop him or report him-got 10 years in jail
and you may have meant well with your high price-but you can go to jail for conspiracy to commit murder-just for talking about it

save your skin and tell your friend that you are telling the police so he won't kill that guy (but do it over the phone). then tell the police that should you ever come up dead, the potential killer is a key suspect.
