IIRC from an old DC comic lettercolumn, it's mix-yaz-pit-lik.
DON'T EVEN ASK how it's pronounced backwards---it's not MY concern on how to banish him for 90 days (or whatever it was).
Not sure offhand if one exists, but have you Googled or compar. for a DC comics homesite to see if they have a FAQ section?

I have heard it pronounced "mitzlplick" on the cartoons. I guess that would be the only source reference for correct pronounciation you could use.
