Why do adults teach kids manners, no bullying in school and yet they are worse culprits in a workplace?

Because their kids won't see them not practicing what they preach in the work place. Maybe their hoping that by teaching their kids how not to do what they themselves are doing the world will become a better place. "Teach them while they are young and they will not depart from it"-that's biblical and true.
