No, but they should have the same rights as every other human being, which they don't. Before you start talking about their 'whining', maybe you should try to figure out what it's like to not have some of these rights that others take for granted.

They Just don't want the **** kicked out of them for being in love with the same sex. It's so the laws protect gay people from harassment on the streets or at work.
If you feel that being gay you need some kind of membership you are an *** hole that the gay population need protection from..
My gay friends just want to be safe, Have long liefs together, same sex benefits when they retire, so families do not take away posses ions that they have built together. When one partner dies the family of the deceased come in and take every thing that is not nailed down. This is what is meant by rights

Where?

I think in many parts of the world gays are discriminated against and some just want to be treated fairly.

Why don't you just start hanging out with gays who don't whine so much?

Anyway, I don't know who exactly you're talking about, but I do know that YOUR question sounds whiney.

Stop being a whiner.

To have a serious discussion about topics like this you should avoid using pejorative terms such as "homos." A fireman who might someday pull your baby out of your burning home may be a "homo." Also, it would be helpful to if you listed what "rights" you are talking about.

I think they are talking more about their rights as human beings, not their rights as homosexuals. If you were told that you can't marry someone you love because they are of the opposite sex and that is unnatural wouldn't you feel your rights were being abused? Plus, the fact that you say 'all' is strange. ALL is a huge amount of people. All gay people on this site don't complain about having their rights taken away. Speaking of unnatural things, if you don't like them then get rid of your television, toaster oven, Internet, etc. Stop going to the doctor. Stop driving your car. Sit in the dark and make babies as 'God intended'.

You look gay so what is the difference? I guess you will be needing special rights since I think you are gay. You are gay too. I know you are. I saw ya. Now do you want me to treat you different since I think you are gay? I am going to treat you like you are gay. You carpet muncher. You don't like that so now you want special rights so I will treat you as you are straight but you are not because I can tell by your picture.(avatar) You are gay.
