the funny voice with my visa card. i cannot get the voice i ordered,. the only voices are the ones that came with the tom tom. what did i do wrong? can someone please walk me thru the steps so i can correct whatever i didnt do right? tom tom company verified they got paid. please, your input would be so much appreciated since i dont know much at all about computers.

Hmm well try contacting tom toms support group they can help ur transaction may not have gone trhogh

Doesn't Tom Tom have a support that you can contact directly? I have Garmin so I'm afraid I can't help you.
