Do you have a Ross where you live. they have some nice things. some are out of season, but with a little imagination and some scissors you could work wonders.
About your hear why not dye it all one color, about 1 or 2 shades lighter than your natural color. Everyone has highlights. Be your Beautiful original self

Go to rampage.com.
They have a beautiful black halter dress for only 40 dollars. You can also go to the store and get it.
With your hair, put it up in a high bun, and let some wisps fall from the front of your face and curl those. (:

I went to Ross, I found the perfect dress. It was a really dark maroon velvet, I couldn't believe it when I found it. My sister and I were ready to go shopping ALL day, we found the dress within a hour. Then we had all day to doodle, well I hope you find the perfect dress yourself!!!!!!!!
And for your hair you should get your hair done!!
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!

JC Penney's has a lot of dresses for decent prices. You should wear your hair up...wrap strands around your pony tail base and use bobby pins to secure them.

deb, T.J maxx, marshals or penny's have some decent dresses for cheap. as for the hair, put it back in a bun and pull some of the hair out (so some hair is sticking up out of it)

dress: try filene's basement, forever 21 has tons of semi-formal dresses...
hair: color your hair at home using a shade that matches or is very close to your natural hair color. if you use a brand like l'oreal excellence, which is meant to cover gray hair, it will cover your highlights.
