I passed a house today that had a bunch of green tree branch type of stuff all around the windows. At least they aren't lighted up.

if they live in a northern climate, maybe they're just getting the decorating done before the weather gets nasty...

Yes, it's too early. We just put our Halloween decorations out & then comes Thanksgiving. Christmas decorating will be done about 2 months from now.

Hell I still have last years tree up










But it is a palmtree with parrot lights and pink flamingo feather lights. I did take the christmas decorations off tho

I live in Maine and my lights outside will be up, but not lit, early next month. It is getting colder every day now. I use to wait til the day after Thanksgiving, but it is too cold by then.

anytime before Thanksgiving is way to early...I think I'm gonna wait till 2 weeks before Christmas this year and it's coming down the day after :)

Even though this is frowned upon (at least by me) its not as bad as the people that KEEP their lights up until February or March.

yes! relish in the joy of halloween, its like the freakin best holiday ever, not near as stressfull as like christmas or valentines day, its all about just enjoy yourself and the season!

Some people in my neighborhood leave them up all year. Of course, in my neighborhood it looks like people are having yard sales but it's just junk they leave out in their yard all the time.
