THere is no gurantee that the product is bug free as it cant be. Nothing is 100 percent perfect. So, in due course of ttime different individuals n minds pick up the threads(bugs).

It depends upon the application. If it's a really small application, just test the heck out of it. Having multiple users going at it can help. Have them try to break the program on purpose, by selecting even uknlikely input combinations.

If it's a larger app, if you have the money, there are automated methods to test software.

In the end, all you can really have is a high degree of certainty that the application is bug-free. In a rather large app, 100% certainty is somewhat unlikely.

If this is possible then all the companies will sack all the programmers after the launch. You will be jobless. Be thankful for that element of uncertainity and the need to improve.
