absolutely. possible he is a romantic, and waiting for the "right moment". perhaps he truly cares for you and doesn't want to rush it. maybe he is a gentleman, and is waiting for a cue. enjoy getting to know each other without the physicial stuff complicating things. I didn't kiss my wife the first 5 months we dated, and we just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed getting to be friends first.

Yes, dimwit. You dont need to kiss him that soon, hugs are nice, but kissing is like over the edge unless you both know you love each other.
