My Son is doing a project for school collecting leaves. One of the catagories is leaves that have different smells.

Sage has a wonderful smell if you can find a Russian Sage or another kind. Geranium leaves have a certain scent. Thats all I can think of right now. Good Luck!

Absolutely what Heather said.

Mints have a distinct aroma. So do different herbs, and lettuce and spinach. He might have trouble getting spinach leaves right now though. Even some flower leaves have a distinctive aroma.

Go to any lawn and garden department and get some herbs! They have lots of different smelling leaves. Like basil, peppermint, lavender, ect.

Geranium leaves can come in a variety of aromas from chocolate to mint.
