By seeing all the little things he does for you, open the door when you get out of the car, when you go to a restauraunt he makes sure there's your favorite food, he will give you his jacket at the first sign that your cold, and other things.
In many cases saying "I love you!" doesn't mean that much!
Actions speak louder than words!

Honestly there is no sure way to really know how much someone loves you but actions do speak louder than words. He has to show you by doing things to make you happy even if it means going out of his way sometimes.He would be very caring towards your feelings and making sure you are safe and taken care of.

When he treats you with the up most respect. When he doesn't mind holding your hand out in public. When he says sweet things to you, like there is no other women for him. The way he hold you, touches you and his sweet gentle kisses. When he doesn't mind expresses how he feels about you. If he lights up with joy when he sees you, he really loves you and care about you. Heck if I know. My best guess is that if he sees the worst sides of your personality, and you've pushed him too far several times, and he still stays, something must be keeping him there.

It is just a look in their eyes, its just the way he looks at you, it is just the way he holds you, it is just the way that he kisses you, it is just the way that he acts in front of his friends (like embarassed, its just the way he wants you to be happy even if it means something bad for him, it is just that look and feel when your around them.It is just the way you can tell. And trust me don't lose it when you find it.
