Because i was watching it on dvd but the dvd started to mess up so i have to send it back and wait on a new one please tell me.

It was her best friend who also happened to be her sister and she didnt know. When she had her car accident it ruined the other girls birthday party and she wanted revenge. That was a crazy movie. I didnt know they had it on dvd.

That was a shocking movie, sorry your DVD had to be messed up, but the other answers tell you who the killer was, I don't think I have to repeat that, just wanted to say hope you get your DVD soon so you can watch this film. It was a weird movie, too. Peace.
