A simple rule of thumb.
A fit, healthy 5' person should be about 100 pounds. Add 5 pounds for each inch.

Where on earth did you read you had to weigh 95lb? It might have said you 'can' weigh 95lb for your age and height, but not that you 'should' weigh this and you 'can' also weigh up to 130lb, but doesn't mean you 'should' be 130lb......you get me? It's just the acceptable range of weights for your age and height. Remember some girls your age might weigh 95lb because they have a small frame or haven't started developing yet. Your weight is actually considered to be ideal for your age and height, so please don't worry. HTH : )

That sounds like me! It is perfectly normal and the average amongst my friends. it is a good/average/healthy weight.

my youngest sister is 12 , 5'3 and 106 so youre fine. stop worrying about your weight at such a young age

i wish i weighed that much. haha
im thin, im 14, 5' 4" and i weigh 100 and something pounds.
your weight is perfectly fine, u arent under or over weight.

i think this is a good weight for you, don't believe all the hype out there about weight, 95 pounds is way to skinny, imo

hey im 13 and i weigh 93 and i could eat all day long
but you have the average weight im just to skinny so dont listen to thoughs magizines

Yeah, you're okay. You don't have to be less than a hundred pounds. Remember, being underweight is unhealthy too.
