Having so much money I could all at once afford to buy things to organize the way I like and make things look pretty. A little at a time means only a slow change over time and the kids and hubby tear it up and don't take care of what I do while I'm gone, and I work and go to school, so it's like what's the point of making it perfect if it's never going to be... :(

That's all I do all day, because I'm so obsessed with having things in order. Then when I know people are coming over, I start cleaning like a mad woman and throwing out stuff that I don't need. I hide piles of mail, etc. in a closet until everyone leaves, then drag it out again (hehe!!).

I clean a little every day and on weekends I go into a cleaning frenzy. That's when my family is home to help, and we get all the "big" jobs taken care of.

I clean mostly to relieve stress and boredom. I do a deeper cleaning when I have family staying over, then I really get stressed.

I clean all the time. I can't stand it when my house is dirty. I've been that way since I was a kid.
