If they admit there is a civil war in Iraq, their war profiteering friends who use take billions of US tax money, including yours, and put it in their pockets, will not be able to do that when the public becomes determined to stop the war. Rumsfeld allowed his friends to develop contracting companies that work directly with the Pentagon and pull all of the cash out of there.
The Pentagon used to be the wealthiest faction of the US government and now all of that money is being paid to his and Bush's friends. Companies like that are "the Decider's" base.
Today, the US troops are under seize and are being killed in droves. Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld are holding out hope that they will still get the oil they went in there for the first place. They are counting on this government to ignore you and keep allowing them to spend this money on a failed invasion.
Write to other webgroups that the voting machines should be scrutinized from this day forward by independent computer auditors and volunteers who will let us know how to prevent them from stealing our votes and keeping these crooks in office.

What kind of message does that send to radical Muslims? A message they want to hear. "we admit, we have no control of Iraq, our sole mission has failed."
The one thing we dont want to do right now is show we aren't confident in our own policy.
Besides its not much of a civil war, really. What you have is a democratic country that are full of insurgents. The insurgents are Bin Ladens own. Daily, you have Radical Muslims commiting crimes.
