I always just wash my makeup off at the end of the day when I use my face cleanser. It comes off well enough. I've never used any of these makeup removal soultions/pads/whatever, though, and I'm wondering if there's any reason I should be using that stuff, instead? I don't know if it makes a difference, but I have oily skin.

Your facial cleanser should be good enough, especially if it is tailored for your specific complexion. However, most cleansers have warnings on the label not to use them around the eyes. Hands down, the best and most economical eye makeup remover around is baby oil -- just a few drops on a cotton ball does the trick.

Hi, I ce.an say that if you use either the right way, you will still get good results. If you're gonna use soap and water though, use a specific facial soap such as (Neutragena). The make-up removers shouold list the skin types and directions for use. Good luck and take car

Oh no...

You probably shouldn't use soap and water on your face, unless it's facial soap. Hand soap isn't good for your face. It makes it too dry.
I think that you should try and use some cleaning pads or something.
Also what works good is using some baby oil.

1 part baby oil + 1 part water = Good make-up remover

The excess oil won't harm your face if you wash it off.

NOOO dont do that you should really use a total make-up remover like from lancome or estee lauder they take all the make up all which cleans out your pours and helps you prevent zits if you have oily skin. Also for your oily skin try a toner b/c it drys it up..

Use eye make up remover, wouldn't anything else burn your eyes? Your eyelids has the thinnest skin. Also as you age, that's where the wrinkles will start.
