My 93 civic sedan left rear door's handle broke. I have been trying to get it open from inside, but it seems that it had locked w/ that safety lock thing. So now, I cant open from outside and inside. Any ideas how to solve the problem?

You have to replace the part.

Go to the web site $15.25 + shipping. Then if you can, replace it by remove penal from inside; you can take it to shop, but that will cost you more.
