yes, this is not major surgery or nothing, it's just needle pricks all over the arm or whatever part you are getting. you will swell around the area a bit, but they rub some cream all over the area and apply acovering. It will sting like heck and seem a bit irritable, but it's nothing that will stop you from doing any kind of work. Take a few tylenol and really you'll be fine. no big deal . some co workers did it on lunch break.

Yes you can the only thing that you have to really remember is not to expose your tattoo to the sun it will fade some of the color if you just got it use dial antibacterial soap and lubriderm lotion daily moisture fragrance free make sure is fragrance free you will thank me it work I'm an expert take care

Actually no, I had a friend who had a mermaid tattoed on his leg. He worked out on the nautilus then went back into the locker room and the mermaid looked like she had been splat on a windshield. Wait for it to at least scar up. Or at least no running.
