NO it wasn't scary - just dumb. The ending had a few gory scenes, but that's all. Video game is much creepier. If you want to see a REALLY gory movie, go and see TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE in the theatre now. I went tonight with my wife and I'm tellin' ya - it's gross!!

I have seen the movie Silent Hill. In fact, I own it on DVD. It was a very strange movie and a little scary in parts but not all the way through. It was more strange than anyrhing but I liked it.

I saw it when it first came out. I can't really say I liked it or disliked it, but the game was better. The movie didn't scare me at all because after playing the game I pretty much knew what to expect.

If you played the video game and liked the video game, you'll like the movie. (so says my boyfriend)
Personally, I never played the game but found the movie to be quite disturbing, in the entertaining fashion.

It's alright you could tell it was low budget b/c the acting was horrible!! The b---- screamed for the whole damn movie. It was chilling at times kind of freaking but overall about a B if I were to rate it.

yes, it was a pretty good movie. im a horror movie addict. to me it wasnt scary. the end of it sucked though. ne ways thats my answer to your question.
