i have a bigg problem, i am grpx artist and when i am working on my artwork in photoshop the picture looks great i mean its superb!! but when i save it as a jpeg so i can upload it on the internet the pic. look super blurry i mean it jus statred doing this about a week ago, now i have tryed to save it @ its maximum quailty and it still doesnt work do any 1 know how to fix this problem?

It is not necessarily your computer although it may be. First check that it isn't the service you are using by sending the photo to someone you know. If it goes to them ok. try upload your pic as a gif rather than a jpeg.

You need to reduce the compression and chroma subsampling of the exported file. Last I remember, there was an export wizard and it should provide you with the chance to edit those values. There may be some sort of advanced button when you use "Save as" too. I'm guessing that the values were reset from what you were using seeing as this recently started happening.
The other thing is if you were using a trial version or something that comes as a trial version, maybe you lost benefits? Though I imagine you'd notice more issues.

Try tweaking your photos with 1/4 to 1/2 more sharpness.

try going to file-save for web. Then you can save it as a jpeg or gif and choose the best quality. hope that helps.

you could change the image size, but the biggest size suggested for the internet is 72 pixels/inch

i think internet pic only uses a minimum quality, resolution. i think the size to a minimum will help also.

check your fixed dimensions and make sure to rasterize your selection.
