I have no idea where she shops. But, chances are she has a stylist that picks out all those cute clothes.

um ya someone designs her clothes. Think about it, oh ya miley cyrus at hollister. i dont think so. celebrities don't shop at hollister!

the costume designer makes her clothes, she doesnt shop for them.
