I would think so, yes. What grade? 12th or higher. I don't think you need a certain school grade, just the ability and talent. It would help to read books on the subject of make up artistry.

You would have to be 18 years old. You ask your local government about "school visa" in USA, and at the same time look into "grants for college" and "scholarships" (free money given to college students) to help you pay for things. You might also need a "work visa" to make money while you are here in school.
Cosmetologist is the technical term for make-up artist and New York City and Los Angeles are the places to be for the best schools and the best schools will get you the best jobs in this industry.
Follow this dream. You will have the time of your life. Good luck!

Yup as someone else has already mentioned you can get a student visa.
If your wanting to train to be a make-up artist you will want to attend a make-up school and not a regular college. Most make-up schools are not very picky about grades as long as you are 18 and graduated high school. Some colleges offer make-up but it would be very limited training.
If I knew what type of make-up artistry you want to go into I could give more info. By type I mean do you want to learn just beauty make-up or do you want to learn special effects also.

You would need to get a student visa, and they are good for one year each time you renew. As far as grades are concerned, that is only one part of getting into schools in the USA, but you would probably need a B average at the least.

Just do it, worry about the Visa later. I'm a Brit who lives in Mexico (legally I add) I often visit Texas, there are 1000s of Brits living there hassle free, just keep your nose clean. Most of them subsequently get permits.

Yes, it's called a work visa...or if you're in school, a student visa. You can only have one or the other.
