Buy CDs of local artists when you get there. Always support local music! It is so much better, and you can have it forever afterwards. Way better than a postcard, and sometimes the local musicians will autograph them for you.

Get your music in Italy. Get the genuine stuff, Italian music is very beautiful if it is not too heavily influenced by American music.
