"Middle"? Men only have two testicles. Any kind of lump is something that should be checked out, so see your doctor.

What do you mean by middle testicle , most of us only have two. If you mean higher up than the testicle itself, then it is probably on the epididymis That is not so serious but yes go and get it checked, don't waste time.

unless you have 3 testicles, you shouldn't have a middle testicle, but if you mean in the middle of one of your testicles, always get that checked out. waiting can only make things worse. if it's nothing, you can put your mind at ease, and if it is something, you can get it taken care of that much sooner. good luck!

Well,Maybe you can seek the doctor's advise and have the testicles checked because its a man's sensitive and important part. So Maybe its best to ask the doctor.It better to ask the doctor.
