Auburn is just another jeckyl and hyde SEC team that is vastly over rated every friggen year. . .just like Florida State, Miami, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and the other usual suspects. Put any of these panty waist teams in the big then where they beat on each other every week and watch them go 500 or worse! Every year the sec gets beat up by smash mouth football in the big bowl games. . .. (See Auburn vs Wisconsin last year)

I'm a Alabama fan and I think everyone feels sorry for Auburn because they went undefeated a few years ago and no one noticed. They defiantly didn't deserve to be #2, they aren't that good. The SEC has been weak for the last ten years but I think they are slowly coming back. Georgia, Alabama & Tennessee need to get their acts together and lead the way.

The SEC is the best place for rivals. no other confrence has bigger rivals. Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Bama, and Tenn have deep deep history. The tigers have not been over rated at all. it is the big money school, like Ohio, Texas, and Oklahoma that are over rated. War Damn Eagle, and I would love to see Tommy and his team take on any Big 10 team!

Auburn plays in the SEC, one of the toughest conferences. Notre Dame plays in a wussy conference, as does Oklahoma. Auburn and the rest of the teams in the SEC are ALL real contenders--they often play teams like South Carolina that can come out of nowhere and beat them! A lot of it is head games, a lot of them get caught off guard. Auburn is not overrated, just in a tough conference.

I think Auburn is great, and definetly not overrated! Look at Florida if you want to see an overrated football program.

Watch AUBURN's schedule every year.Other than a few upper SEC games most of their opponents are lo-mid to low division teams.The want to showcase their stadium they pay to get no names in so they will have a win.
