linkin park is coming out with a new album in 2007
but Mike Shenoda is workin on Fort Minor
And Chester Bennigton is also workin on The White Tan
both of those are the lead vocalists
Eminem came out with the song Smack That ft. Akon
As for Fall Out Boy they will be joining artists Marilyn Manson, Panic! at the Disco, She Wants Revenge and Fiona Apple on the new The Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack.
And as of October 4th Pete Wentz stated "Fall Out Boy have fourteen songs recorded, are going to do two more this week and then will probably call it a day on tracking. They'll pick the best 12 or so, maybe with a surprise here and there, and will then have themselves a new album."
Simple Plan has announced plans for a third original CD, to be released most likely in early 2007.

what do you mean what happened to them? me and my friends listen to them all the time and I have them on my piczo sight... I think fall out boy and simple plan and eminem are all awesome... not to fond of linkin park but that's just me well i don't know exactly what you wanted so i hope that helped

well i still like all of them especially linkin park and simple plan. i dunno but fallout boy just seemed to stop. eminem made a song with akon and its awesome just recently. i think one day people are going to realize that these guys rock like old times...luv em.
