My homecoming is coming up, and ours is pretty semi-formal so I'm looking for a short, cute cocktail style dress. I'm petite, flat chested (haha), and 5'2". I can't find anything! I also do not want to buy a black dress...sooo boring.

Also, at an affordable price! I'm willing to spend anything under 100 dollars...it's just my sophomore homecoming after all.

go to http://rampage.com/ at first i thought it was gonna be expensive btu its actually cheaper than lik jcpenny they range from 30 to 130 dollars and they look really nice and they are name brand with ure hair i would try siding it and well bac to the dress or whtevwer click on homecoming 2006 on the front page if u go on the bottm of that website cilck on i believe store locator and you can find stores nearby heres some ideas for getting that smoky eye look i think u should use the one for a party:
here r the smoky eyes in three different scenarios
wonder under
-skool
-dust a muted erath-toned shadow over ur lids. then usa a black eyeliner (try rimmel special eyes eyeliner pencil in black magic, $3 at drugstores) to draw a thin line under ur lower lashes, from inner to outer corners, extending it to a 1/2 inch long tail
all around hottie
-date
-build on the "wonder under" look by lining ur top lashes wit the pencil. connect the top and bottom lines at teh tails pint. use a shadow brush to dust a black matte shadow (try Girlactik Star Shadow in VIP, $14 at sphora.com) over both lines
best in shadow
-party
-add to the all around hottielook by blending the black shadow from ur top lashes to ur creases. higlight ur inner corners by applying a gray gel pencil (try CoverGirl EyeSlicks in Silver Streak, $6 at drugstores) on top of the black shadow. redust the black shadow along lower lashes and gently smudge wit a cotton swab.
-tip:try a satin top cuz its a perfect complement to a glam smoky eye look!

Go to a consignment shop -- look in the yellow pages for one around you. You find the best stuff, and it is always so cheap -- and who wants to pay retail for something you will probably only wear once?
