How long does it or should take a street artist to draw a portrait?

I can't be sure, but I'm thinking about 20 minutes maximum.

the answer is subjective, it depends on the artist. on the detail the artist wants to add, the perfection the artist wants to add, what he is drawing, and what he is trying to capture, if the subject is moving or is still life.

10 to 15 minutes should be a good time to create a good portraiture. 30 minutes for a semi-photographic rendering.
