I don't have many resources outside of the spelling lists in our reading program. I'd like some more challenging lists that still have a pattern (like long vowel digraphs, etc). Thanks for any sites.

Other grade level Spelling lists. Also, try vocabulary words from the Science and Social Studies textbooks. You will need to sort them out, but it will kill two birds with one stone. They need to learn them anyway. Another resource is Scholastic Books, they have books on almost any subject you want.

A couple of my vocabulary words when i was in 3rd grade were because, Capitol, gradual, gingham, computer, obtrusively, traipse, and a lot more. You can also look on google. I hope this helps.
