All rap or hiphop does not suck. Like all genres of music, there are some artists or bands that give it a bad name. The point of hiphop and rap is to tell the life of the artist, usually growing up in the hood. Rap and hiphop can't be generalized to all be bad. Although it has gotten worse since Snoop and Sugar Hill gang, please don't say it all sucks.

Rap doesnt require much talent, Rap ages to fast. 1st point: Rap requires no need to learn music theory, play an instrument, or actually sing. 2nd Point: A rap song lasts a couple months (then forgotten), never heard of a classic rap station. I never go back and listen to old rap cd's, and only a handful of rappers have enough material to release a greatest hits cd.
