You have two options as I see it:

1. Eat copious amounts of the product and document your progress/regress i.e. make a journal of when your third appendage appears, an eye falls out, you became incontinent, you think you might have alzheimers but cannot quite remember where your journal is.... blah blah blah

Look up the different ingredients in it. For example, if it contains Aspartame this will give quite a few side affects.
