I mean you buy a $800 TV and it has $2, 2 inch speakers in it..sounds like crap ... Why don't they drop a few bucks and put some decent sounding speakers in there ???

I have a sony 42" hdtv can't hear s**t, know why? tv manufacturers have learned that most discriminate cust.s will will opt to customize sound anyway. too costly and cumbersome to put quality sound in tvs. they want to sell them. Rat, former sound tech. Retired uh,--Bose sells TVs ? Nah
