does he eat? does he have a roof over his head? does he drive? if so, get an attorney or an investigator to prove where his money comes from & then do the math. give the courts some credit coz here's the deal w/me, he worked under the table & the judge told him he'd have to get a job or two & that his financial difficulties were not the courts concern.
trust in our legal system as much as you can. interview attorneys & ask for references or look it up yourself in the public records who appears to be the "winner" most often.

If he has been haing taxes taken out of his paycheck then request a copy of his W-2 to be sent to you, you can do it online by going to the irs.gov website.

If you want to know for child support, call the child support division. They will go after him.
For all other reasons, you may have to have him followed.

subpoena bank records and tax returns ... also a spot audit of his credit report, you might subpoena credit applications from places he applied for credit, on those he will have filled out in his own handwriting and signed it.
