The port forwarding has nothing to do with if you have a dynamic ip. You router is what you will need to do the port forwarding in. Look at you router's manual and see how you do that. Usually you go to something 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 or something similar. It will open your router's configeration panel and then you will configure the "Virtual Servers" and open the ports you want open..
